Hachi is currently a walk-in restaurant and does not require reservations for regular dining. Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wait times can vary, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. Arriving earlier in the evening is generally the best option for families, larger groups and guests hoping to spend time in the upstairs arcade.

Parking is available near the restaurant, including spaces within the surrounding Boardwalk Avenue development.
